Do you offer free shipping?Xenspired does not currently offer free shipping do to the increase on shipping costs caused by the globel pandemic. However, in the furture we do plan on making that available.

How long will my order take to ship?Orders are processed Monday through Friday, we are closed Saturday through Sunday. Because our blends are handcrafted to order, expect 2-4 business days before shipping.

What shipping providers do you use?USPS First Class (2-5 days): Best option for under a pound USPS Priority (2-3 days): Automatically applied to orders over a pound USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 days) Fed-ex or UPS for packages over 10lbs

Where are your products sourced from?Xenspired sources products from companies located primarily in the United States and Canada. We have partnered with small business and tea artisans that use only the best ingredients and manufacturing techniques.

Do you offer a subscription service?Absolutely! At check out, simply click subscribe and never run out of your favorite teas again!

What is the shelf life of tea?If stored in a cool dark place out of direct sunlight, your tea will stay fresh for 18 months. Every blend is made fresh to order, so keep in mind the date of shipping. Just like any dried herb, tea does not spoil but it may begin to lose flavor over time. Tea is best consumed fresh!

Do you offer a wholesale program?At the moment we do not. In the future that may become available.
